My experience began with 1150 hours of extensive training through the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2003, involving training for medical & sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, geriatric massage, canine massage, prenatal & reflexology.
I have enjoyed continuing training since then with Hot Stone Therapy, Myofacial release, Body mobilization techniques, craniosacral therapy, & orthopedic bodywork for the neck.
As of 2015, TrueHealing Massage Therapy has been in business for 5 years, & I have 12 years of experience in the field. I have held licenses for massage & bodywork in 2 states, & am a continuing member of the Association of Massage & Bodywork Professionals.
